ADJUSTING TO CPAP

THIS IS MY THIRD WEEK ON PRESCRIBED PRESSURE, I'VE HAD A HEADACHE 5 OUT OF THE LAST 7 MORNINGS, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE THEY START TO CEASE? I UNDERSTAND EVERONES DIFFERENT, BUT THIS MACHINE IS SUPPOSED TO HELP??? THANKS LARRY

You should contact your doctor to make sure that the cause of your headache can be found. Some people do get them using cpap. More people have their headaches reduced by using cpap though There are many things that can cause it, like sinus congestion. You can also get an ear ache from cpap, since it is kind of like flying with the extra air pressure.

Larryslightning, I just thought of something, since it has been quite warm with low humidity in Spokane, do you use a humidifier?
