Vista64 and Smart Card Reader

Post by hades161 » Tue Oct 28, 2008 11:32 am

I currently after an upgrade to Vista64, have not been able to check on my therapy. The card reader will not install / be recognized by Vista 64. I have Encore versions 1.7 and 1.8.49. I was wondering if anyone has found a solution as yet for getting the hardware to work.

I don't believe anyone has Encore working with anything64. Feel free to downgrade or use the Advanced search feature found at the top of each page. The next best thing is to keep a legacy machine around for Encore.

Good Luck,

The solution Business uses, is select your software, then select your hardware that will run the software. Without a 64 bit driver for Encore Pro or Encoreviewer card reader it won't work. Maybe you can dual boot a 32 bit OS, so you can use it. Jim

My sister-in-law has to run Windows 2000, in her business, because the software she runs the on won't run on anything else.
