Having colds/allergies/sinus infection raise ahi?

Post by 2girlsmom » Sun Oct 26, 2008 11:05 am

I woke up this morning hacking up tons of phlegm (sorry for the tmi). I had been sniffly and congested but thought it was allergies. I switched to Zyrtec (figured claritin wasn't working well enough) and got better about taking my flonase and doing my nasal rinses. I think I have now gone into bronchitis or a sinus infection but I wondered if this sickness coming on could have affected my ahi, or if ahi goes up when you are actually sick.

Time to disinfect my mask and tube... ughhh...

Thanks for the reply. I guess this is yet another reason I want an autopap. Thankfully primary doc just called me in something today so I don't have to suffer until tomorrow and go in. I just need to go in if it gets worse.
