Good Morning,
After 7 weeks I can say there is a big difference in how well I feel and I am much more active again. Thanks to you all and Resperonics! Last night was my best night so I wanted to share my numbers with those that have helped me.
I don't know if I need to be concerned with my mask leak...which I calculate to be 7 l/m. I am averaging about 4.6 l/m leak.
I also notice I show the little "chairs" on my graph I have head discussed elsewhere, but assume they are normal.
Thanks and best wishes to everyone else.

Congtratulations! It looks great, to me! And the best part is that you are feeling better.

For what it's worth, my leak line used to look erratic all the time till one day I happened to feel some air and found a pinhole (probably cat claw) in my hose down near the machine end. Since I got another hose, my leak line is as expected - straighter with occasional larger leaks that are related to the mask shifting when having a toss and turn night.
While having a pinhole hose leak isn't the only reason for a jumpy leak line, it's worth checking out if you're reasonably sure your mask isn't leaking. I hadn't bothered to look for a reason since the leak rate wasn't real high and I was told on here my machine has leak compensation.
While on the subject of leaking, in case anyone else could benefit from this, I use my homemade straps for my mask, and usually wrap one directedly around the pillows of my Headrest. What I did find out though when trying a slimmer strap is that when air is leaking around my pillows, I couldn't feel it with the wrap. My year old pillows weren't sealing well but I didn't know it. Without the wrap, I can feel the air on my lip or cheek. Now I take steps to assure my strapping is not camouflaging a leak.

Yes, the little "chairs" (those stair-step up/down blips along the pressure line) are normal.
Very good work, Georgio!!
Keep working on controlling leaks, but that night went well for you anyway. The leaks weren't awful at all.
Nice to see!

Hey Georgio! That's looking great! I'm glad to hear that you are also feeling better and have more energy!
It's nice to get a 0.0 isn't it? Leak rate looks pretty good.
You won't get that every night but every so often it will happen.
You are doing really well with your therapy!

Thank you all very much. My brother called earlier today and said, "I've got a customer in the (bicycle) shop that's complaining of sleep apnea." "He had a sleep study about 1 1/2 years ago, got sent home with a machine, and has only been able to use it for 2 hours a night at the most." "What is the name of the online place you went that turned you around so quickly?" He should be showing up as a newbe soon. I also gave him my cell to help get him going.
Thank you all for your support and kind advice.

Beauty.....I'm green ....trying not to be a hater .... and wish you many more zeroes .
I hope to be following you on your quest.......
When I woke up this morning my girlfriend asked me, 'Did you sleep good?' I said 'No, I made a few mistakes.'

That is excellent. I hope to have a zero night one day. But I am so much better even with a 1.5 night that I am thrilled.

Thanks you you all! I think I've had a rogue AHI of 2 once, but the folks here have really "hooked me up"....lol....!
I can report I was up the ladder on the roof today doing home repairs....something I couldn't do prior to cpap.

"Normal" as in "common" ... not "ubiquitous" ...and certainly not run by a Unix cron job.
Congratulations on an AHI of 0, Georgio!!
