It's so nice of you to think of us!
The week-end has been splendid in Québec...we are having "Indian summer", and though the weather is a bit chilly in the morning ( about 45 degrees F around 8:00 a.m.) , I truely enjoy this time of year! The collors are simply spectacular from the maple trees, birds persueing their flight are fueling up for the long trip South of the border, a new season is just around the corner, and I'm grateful for every minute of it!

Being grateful is a powerful action and gratitude has the power to change our lives. I offer this experiment to those brave enough to let go of negativity…
For one week, prior to going to bed, journal 5 things that happened that day that you are grateful for.
Some days you will have to stretch to find five. Maybe you got a good parking spot. Maybe you saw a pretty flower. Maybe you had a great cup of coffee. Maybe something you’ve dreamed of came true.
Finding five things to be grateful for each day can change your life.
Try it…I dare you. And tell me what happens.
D.
Experience is what you get, when you don't get what you want!
The mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.

If your test allows us to include evenings as well, how about "A good nights sleep".

Happy Thanksgiving my fellow Canucks!
