I'm not sure how much you meant by "barely blowing"
Often times after about 1 week, you actually get used to the pressure. That's about when you wake up and start to question if it's on or not.

Of course if you really mean it's not blowing much at all, then you should definitely get it checked out. If you got your machine from a local DME, give them a call, they should be able to test the machine with a manometer (simple device that measures pressure).
If you don't deal with a local DME and don't have access to a place that can check your equipment you could probably rig up a hose with water and build your own manometer. It's simply a hose with water in a U shape.

If your equipment does have a problem, and it's only a week old, it should be covered by warranty.

For the first month or so of treatment (and still on occasion) I would wake up and think the pressure was gone. Before taking my mask off, I would feel the air from the exhaust ports. And sure enough, it was still blowing strong. It's amazing what the human body can not only put up with, but actually get used to.
