My Remstar Auto with c flex and humidifier arrived today. However it is now midnight and too late to set it up now.
I am working really long hours at the moment and I know that tomorrow too is going to be really manic and probably another late finish.
I am really looking forward to using the machine and was wondering if any body could possibly help me set up the following so I can hopefully start using it without reading the instructions:
1)Set the minimum pressure on the machine to 7 max 15
2) Stop the machine switching off when I take the mask off my face
3)Set the machine to auto
4)How do I set the c-flex to 2 or 1
5)How long will the data stay on the machine before it becomes less detailed or deleted?
6) How do I switch on the humidifier and is the heat adjustable?
And any other info I might need just to get started I would really appreciate.

A hint
My manual that came via cpap.com for a similar machine shows how
to do all this. On the top of the machie are 5 buttons. At left are 2 half round buttons (upper & lower). In the middle are two arrowhead buttons (left & right). To the right is the machine start button.
Basically you hold both the left/right arrowhead shaped buttons (on top right) down, connect power, keep the buttons held down until the display flashes ... now you can set each of the items you mentioned.
You cycle fwd/bkwd thru the various functions when you push a right or left arrow buttons, the display at the bottom should indicate which function you are currently setting. You use the other two half round buttons on the left to increase/decreas or cycle through the available settings for the currently selected function.
For some functions you can select between a 0 & 1. The 0 is off & 1 means on.
One early setting you will see & want is AFLE (Auto with CFlex). I think this is already the default mode of operation. After that you can set the low & high cms settings then the CFLEX setting (I started at 3 but dropped to 2). You can also disaable the auto-off action (0 or 1).
When done just remove power & then plug back in as normal. The display will eventually show normal (no flashing).

To set your heated humidier setting (Heat settings of 1 2 or 3). Plu power to the unit, then when display is ready hold down the Humidifier heat on button (top one of the 2 half round buttons at left). Hold it down until the display flashes then you can set the 1 2 3 4 5 for heat. Once done press the machine start button once.
