Hi,
After wearing the Swift LT for a week I've used both the medium and large pillow looking for the best comfort and seal.
What I have found is that the Large allows for good airflow and is most comfortable, but gets leaks throughout the night over and over again.
On the other hand the medium restricts airflow making it not as comfortable since I feel I have to force air through it. But it gets no leaks at all.
It looks like an additional size for me would make the best fit. Somewhere between the medium and the large. Maybe a medium/large or a medium plus. There is a quite a difference in size between the two.
I've not seen any information anywhere on additional sizes. has anyone seen anything?

I haven't tried the large yet but both the small and the medium will give me a good seal with zero leaks. I did end up putting a o-ring on the left side only of the medium. Seems my left side slotted nair is a little smaller on the left since I had broken my nose as a kid.
I had at same problem with the small air hole so I took a nail clipper and cut just a tiny sliver from the end ( side facing center of nose only) and it gives more air now. But you can't cut much or it's no good.

Could you possibly provide a picture of this. I can't quite visualize how this was done in my mind.I had at same problem with the small air hole so I took a nail clipper and cut just a tiny sliver from the end ( side facing center of nose only) and it gives more air now.
