"HOSEHEAD SALUTE" to Rickst

Post by dirtsurfer57 » Sun Jun 26, 2005 7:17 am

Hey all you Hoseheads tonight at Midnight we need to all band together and give RickSt a huge "HOSEHEAD SALUTE", unofficial of course, he's going in tomorrow morning for a BIKINI WAX and he needs some support. Now what is a "HOSEHEAD SALUTE", well I'm glad you asked, tonight when you go to put your masks on, disconnect your hoses from your machines, stand up, pucker up and blow, also while doing this sway back and forth and walk around the room. Oh for us who use the nasal masks we'll have to use just strictly the hose cause I don't think there's man of us out there who want to blow back through those prongs or pillow considering where they have been and remember "BIG BROTHER IS ALWAYS WATCHING" so we'll know if you're doing it or not!!!!! Now seriously drop Rick a line he's having stints put in tomorrow morning and I'm sure he'd like to hear from you all. Rick take it easy tomorrow and drop us a line when you get out. I really think you should go with the "HITLER STACHE" though!!!!!
Later
Roger

Dirtsurfer,

Like your salute!

I was chatting online last nite with Rick and he clearly enjoyed your post about him. I don't know all that much about Rick, but he's a nice, funny fellow who was so looking forward to being a hosehead. And he said his first nite or so on his new cpap was successful. I'd gotten so used to chatting with Rick, it's weird when he's not around. I'll be thinking of him today. I know he's scared. But I've known lots of people, including two family members, who have gone through this. Still, I can't wait to see Rick back and telling me all about his exerience. You sure cheered him up!

A little comedy relief, eh?
Well, I quickly went into my favorite quote database, looking for something appropriate. Instead, I found this:

Life is too important to be taken seriously.
