Horrible night last night - Help me with this chart please.

numbers don't look bad, you snore sometimes you cannot do anything about that, you can increase the Minimum pressure and enable Ramp so you could have some relief when needed to fall asleep.

but if you follow the vibratory snore line across you won't see a major drop until you get to 12 cm pressure.

if you are "waking" up consider the melatonin but watch for afternoon fatigue if that returns, if it does try and get more daylight exposure.

someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...
