My machine stopped collecting stats

Post by CamiTampa » Wed Jan 02, 2008 8:48 pm

The lcd screen on my apap machine shows only 0's for the 7 day avg's and the 30 day avg's are getting lower and lower. I've had the machine for a month and have used it every night. Should I call the dme and have them replace it.
My doc ordered just a machine that keeps stats, not an apap. I was giving it because it was all they had at the time. I may lose the apap if if call the dme. Is the lcd screen resetable? I've powered down and reseated the card, but It didn't seem to change anything.

Thanks, Cami

I don't know about the screen. I never look at it except to change the settings. I do know the "M" series will go on vacation and not collect data for 2 days at some random times. It is a problem with the firmware. After 2 days it will start working just like nothing happened. This may be what is happening to you.

check the model - not all machines with cards have stats - you want to have the pro m series to get stats not the plus

The machine is an Auto M Series and does keep stats. (Well did keep stats.) haven't checked today for last night.

Thanks
