setting pressure on my cpap

i was told by a tech. that my machine was easy to set but he would not tell me how to set it myself , its set too high and i want to lower it . it is 1 and 1/2 hrs. from my home to their office , can anyone tell me how to do this , louie

Do you suppose you could give us a clue as to what machine you're using?
