Is a full recovery too much to ask?

YES We do! CPAP and regular exercise worked for me. If you think you can just use the CPAP and lay around all day eating ice cream and cookies, waiting for that burst of energy its not gonna happen. CPAP , Exercise, proper diet and a positive attitude will change you. Think positive. If all you can do today is walk around the house , Do it ! Tomorrow try for twice. Soon you'll be wallking miles. You've got to start someplace.

Thanks for the feedback! My doctor has me on an exercise and diet program now. I start Monday. I'm shooting for a full recovery until I see a reason not to!

When I read your last post, for a minute there I thought you were telling chrisp it was ok to log on to the forum but he shouldn't stay long.....
