How do you get a Daily report with Encore?

I finally got my reader and it installed great (and software). But , now that I have all this information, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT...

I get the Full reports, but they start from the beginning, Oct. , and I dont know how to get a Daily report with it.(Or how to read most of it..

Somebody come to my rescue

There is an option for you to choose a date range before the report opens up. If you want to see one day, just choose that date. Hope this helps.

Do you know how to download the data?

Find the download date in your software and click on it. In 1.6 it opens a grey box that allows you to see summary or full details (not sure if the wording is correct). Choose the full details option.
