Question about EncoreViewer Report

Post by TechnoDude » Tue Dec 18, 2007 8:50 pm

I'm new to the list, and have just purchased the EncoreViewer software. Things looked great for the first eight nights. For the past two nights, everything looks fine, except the Daily Details page comes up saying No Data Available. The data is there and I can see the information for these nights in the Long Term Trend page.

Any suggestions would be appreciated by an 'old' newbie

Thanks,

TechnoDude

You probably have an M-Series machine? I think you have run into the infamous missing data bug. Your data should start showing up again in a day or two.

You need to fill out your profile with what mask, machine, etc, you use. It helps to give the pressure you're at also. It will help you get better answers to any questions you may have.
