Encore Pro Version question

Hi All

I'm thinking about getting a new auto machine and I'm wondering if my version of encore pro will work with the current lineup of Remstars & M-Series machines. My version of Encore Pro is 1.6.22

If you're going to get the APAP with A-Flex......"No". You'd have to go to 1.8. Also, if you upgrade your MS operating system to Vista, you'll need 1.8.
I THINK that 1.6 will work for the other M Series machines (Pro and Auto w/C-Flex).

Are you going to keep your Pro 2 for a backup?

Thanks to all for the posted & pm'd info!

Wulfman - I'm not only going to keep it for backup & travel, if I could find a cheep one I'd buy it for camping and keep it in the trailer.
