Respironics Comfort Select Mask

Post by shardebhow » Thu Dec 13, 2007 6:53 pm

My first mask was nose pillows. A cousin suggested Nasogel as the best in keeping Nares hydrated and less sore as well as helping a bit with the nose pillow seal. I tired it but ultimately the nose pillows did not work. I now have a Respironics Comfort Select Mask. It has been much better than the pillows for me. It has the ability to tilk the mask into different positions on the face to help alleviate any leaks. If that does not work, then you adjust the straps.

Ok, here's the question. Have you ever heard of using nasogel or something else to "help" with the mask seal? I was wondering if it would help by putting a bit around the mask area on the edges where is connects to the skin.

Any other thought or suggestions would be welcome.
