Howdy,

This is a cool video and an authentic explanation of Sleep Apnea. It leads with the surgery option too.

Thanks Johnny -- it's actually pretty well done considering the guy is an "amateur"......

Good info
cheers

Wars arise from a failure to understand one another's humanness. Instead of summit meetings, why not have families meet for a picnic and get to know each other while the children play together?

Very well done. I had to chuckle a little at the splash screen saying he stopped breathing 10 times in one night! I wish I was so lucky! LOL I had 70 events per hour! with a blood oxy of %70. I had no clue it was happening either because I was so dang exhausted. How I survived/endured for so long is beyond me now. I can't even nod off without the machine now because I notice the choking.

I agree that is a cool video. I liked his description of the air flow through the nasal passage after the turbinate reduction surgery.

I am sitting here with splints in my nose from a septoplasty and bilateral turbinate reduction that was done yesterday. The video is making me look forward to getting the splints removed in two days. I can imagine what he said about the air flow feeling so great that I will put my fingers over my nose. .
