Once or twice a week works for me. I started out washing it daily but it didn't take long to get out of the habit.
Masks I've tried but didn't like :
FlexiFit HC405 - couldn't stop the leaks

Well -- I checked daily, but it's not quite that often. I clean it about every other day or every third day.
When I used the ComfortGel it was about once a week.....

The pillows seem to need it more often -- for what I would say is obvious reasons....

cheers

I wash the pillows portion daily, but not the whole mask. I wash the whole mask (pillows and the tube that attaches to the pillows every few days.

I have 3 sets of nasal pillows for my Breeze mask. I only change to a clean set if I start getting leaks ... usually when enough facial oils accumulate on them. On weekends I wash them with coconut scneted liquid hand soap ... takes less than 3 minutes. About once a month I actually rinse the plenum and hose of the mask with tap water.

My total equipment cleaning maintenance amounts to less than 15 minutes per month ... I have more fun things to do with my spare time

i wash the whole thing in soap once a week

How often do you clean your mask?

What's the definition of "clean"?

If it's with soap and water.....you haven't got enough categories to take it out to "months".

I rinse and towel dry my face off before going to bed.....then take the palm of my hand and wipe off the seal. A couple (2 or 3) times a year, it (or they) gets a good cleaning with Dawn dishwashing liquid, rinsed well and then allowed to soak in COLD water to bring the "spring" back to the seals.

2 1/2 years on the same mask and seals. Last night was one of the flattest leak lines I've ever had with my old UMFF and an average leak rate of 39.32. It's my "energizer bunny" as far as masks go.
Oh.....and I had ONE little hypopnea last night for an AHI of 0.1. And, in the last 7 nights, haven't had an AHI over 0.4.
And, I'm not switching to APAP mode to see if I can improve upon that, either..... (Oops....sorry, that was a different thread)
