Can you comment quickly on my 9 day pressure trend graph?
Well. I am on day 10 of apap and any comments here will help. I was titrated at 9. I have used basically 8-13 wi/ 8-14 once in a while.. Does this chart mean i should indeed stick at 9? my ahi is still between 2 and 3 here so hoping for lower? also, i get quite a few OA and H above 9 and the machine spends 90% of it's time at 12 or 13....? thanks!

Neilebo,
The 90% pressure means you are spending 90% of the night at that pressure or below it. Or in other words, only 10% of the night above that pressure, and the rest of the night at lower pressures.
To understand the graph you posted, you also have to look at the time spent in each level. The higher AHI reported at 12 could be the result of apnea in 15 minutes resolved, with the pressure dropping back to a level of 9 pretty soon after that. This can happen 4 times, and you're at an AHI of 4 for that pressure before you know it.
So: What is your total AHI for the night? How much time do you spend at each pressure, and, most importantly, how are you feeling?

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

I would let it ride as is a while longer. If you feel you have to mess with it just to see what happens, I would try narrowing your range by lowering your max pressure to 12.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
I would also drop the lower pressures and start at 8.

Yes, stick to it for a week. One day's data can be misleading.
