measuring for mask

I know I have seen somewhere on here how to measure your face to see if the mask you have is correct, can someone help me with this, I cant seem to find it now

I noticed on the cpap.com FF mask measurement website that the measurements apply to almost every manufacturer's FF mask. So, if a medium is one's size for one FF mask, shouldn't one use the same size for all the others?
