Long article but has some good observations about sleep/wake cycles and how our culture/society can "create" sleep problems through the requirements of the work day and societal expectations.
Maybe I don't have insomnia after all.

A good article. Unfortunately, our society requires that we conform our sleep to their schedule. *sigh* Its hard enough finding and keeping a decent paying job today much less find one that conforms to our personal sleep schedule/rhythm. *even bigger sigh* Its a tuff life but someone's gotta live it.
