taping question

Post by Kharris » Fri Nov 16, 2007 9:07 am

I am going to have try taping this weekend. I have some tape that is
fairly comfortabe. Will the tape interfere with the mask seal, if I tape
up my lip too far? I am trying to make a single piece of tape work.

I use a single length of tape going across my mouth. Sometimes it feels too high up on my lip, but it has never bothered the seal.
I use Roosters taping method;

I use the same method but cut a small slit in the middle of the tape so I can insert a straw or pill without removing & retaping. I still wake up 2 or 3 times a night and need water. Also, it's nice to have an opening in the tape to release air when my cheeks puff out.
