First Good Night Sleep

Post by djrlls » Thu Nov 15, 2007 12:16 pm

Finally, I have been on my CPAP for a week and two days. After a week of trying new masks, tweeking the humidity, tweeking the mask that I did selected I am finally sitting at my desk at work at 1 pm and not falling asleep or having to get up and walk around to keep from falling asleep. What a pleasure it is! I haven't felt this way in a long long time. So thank for that it has been figured out.

Congrats!

If you have any troubles, the great folks around here can help ... if no troubles, come back anyway and post your success so that others may be encouraged to hang in there.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

So glad to hear it! It took some time for me to find the magic combo. I also notice as time goes by that subtle changes such as headgear wearing out, mask cushion not being new, . . . makes my magic combo less magic : )

However, I just hold out for the new cushion and watch my numbers go back to being seriously low and my sleep recuperative.

Best wishes! Keep in touch : )

I don't expect to last forever, but I am going to enjoy it while I can. Then I am going to tweek, and tweek some more. The work needed to keep this going is far less than the energy lost by not sleeping. Thanks to the folks on this forum, I have been learning more than I knew was possible about this condition.
