Cpap uses one set pressure for inhale and exhale.
Bipap uses one set pressure for inhale and another set pressure for exhale.

Hmmm.... Is the C Pap usually good enough? In what cases will a person need a bi pap then?

Bipap is usually for people who need higher pressures. BUT some like it even with lower pressure, they feel as if they are breathing more normally with a bipap. One thing to keep in mind, a bipap can be used as a cpap but a cpap can NOT be used as a bipap.
