taping mouth shut

Post by Hunter1 » Sun Nov 11, 2007 8:14 pm

From time to time I wake up with a very dry mouth. From this I know I slept part of the night with my mouth open. This may explain why some days I feel I did not use my cpap machine the night before.

I have heard about taping the mouth shut so one gets the full benefits of therapy. How is this done so it is effective? What type of tape works best?

Thanks

Click on the Yellow Light Bulb above "Our Collective Wisdom" and find it there! You can use J&J 3m tape found at walmart or Vetwrap found at amazon.com! That's what I have heard from these very experienced wonderful people on the forum, Goodluck
