Hi,
Well, my soap opera of a mask hunt has gotten more complicated. I had wicked headaches this week (I am a migraine sufferer) that started at the base of my scull. It turns out that is where the lower strap of my resmed ultra ff headgear lies. I don't know if the headaches were part of a bug and were just aggravated by the headgear, or if it is simply that my mask makes a side-sleeper sleep funny, so that it hurts my neck, or if it's just a coincidence. Yes, I have loosened the straps. I stopped for two days and it's better but still sensitive. I will wait another day or so until I am symptom free and then try again.
Has anyone else had this problem?
While I'm at it, my husband and 5 year old son have the stomach flu. I am washing hands obsessively trying to keep my 3 yr.old and I germ free. If you feel like it, please throw a prayer our way, it's hard to take care of a family if you are attached to the toilet. I hate gastro!
Thanks,
