Comfort Curve with the PB 420E

Can anyone tell me the problem with using the PB 420E with the Comfort Curve mask? It was something to do with the sensor tube, but I don't remember the solution that was proposed. I tried to use the search function, but it is apparently disabled. Thanks! Georgia Hosehead
