Is there a way to span interactions and get a full report? I don't see it.
For instance, if I downloaded one weeks worth of data and then downloaded the next week's worth of data, I cannot do a full report spanning both weeks of data.
Sleep therapy long-term trends are hampered because of this.

Encore Pro only gives you 7 days of detailed reports. After that it rolls off one day at a time into the long term averages. I save each weeks data to a PDF (Acrobat file) so I can go back and look at it. All the days will be reflected in the averages and the graphs only. I erase at the first of each month and then the logn term averages start over.

Just downloading the data wouldn't interupt the continuity (unless your program is set to automatically erase after download). Erasing the card will definitely interupt it.
This is where programs like (the previous MyEncore and) Encore Pro Analyzer put everything back together again.
If you're not using or familiar with Encore Pro Analyzer, I would suggest downloading it from James Skinner's website.

DreamDiver,
I'm not sure if will be of any help to you. It won't allow aggregating data as you seek, but it is very useful for saving your therapy records.
It allows Save of card data to a small 32KB .bin file, regardless of how much therapy data is on the card. Respironics claims that the card will hold about 6-months of data at 3-sessions per day. That’s what one of their reps told me. But they also told me repeatedly that there never was a problem with Encore Pro failing intermittently to display a day of two of daily histograms of the latest 7-days it will display.
Anyway… CardUtility allows:
1. Save of card data to a .bin file of only 32KB no matter how much therapy data is on the card.
2. Restore data to card from any saved .bin file of your previously saved .bin file therapy data.
3. Format card to salvage corrupted cards.
Put your card in the reader and start the CardUtility application, and pick or make a folder where you want to save your therapy .bin files. Then select Save Card To PC. Check to be sure that the date-named 32KB file is in the place where you saved to. You can add to the pre-selected .bin file name or change it to suit.
