How do I keep from erasing my card when I download my information? It seems that I am erasing my card and I need to keep my data on my card in case the insurance want it -- which I am told they will at some point in the future. I am using Encore Pro 1.8. If there are instructions on how NOT to erase the card -- pretend I am in preschool and keep it simple.
Thanks.

Go to Preferences in the upper right corner and click settings. Then check the box that says Prompt to keep compliance data on smartcard after download.
