CPAP Sleep Aid Pillow ?

Whenever I see pictures of people sleeping on their sides like in the pictures on that website it shows them with their arm at their side. Who sleeps like that? I put my lower arm underneath the pillow. It doesn't look like this pillow would be that useful in that instance.

I sleep with the arm under the pillow, it actually works out pretty good. but then I also sleep with a body pillow as well, so between the 2 I'm supported pretty well and the mask isn't disturbed too much.
