Encore Pro and 7 days?

Post by 6PtStar » Tue Sep 25, 2007 10:45 am

Looking at my Encore Pro report this morning and reading someones post on Encore Pro and I realized my report only has 5 days of detailed reports. It has only 9 pages total in the report. It has not been erased since 9/11. I know it used to have 7 days of detailed data and 11 pages in the complete report.

I had computer problems the first part of the month and tried to get the reports on my laptop while the computer was trying to get itself repaired and accidently erased the card. I normally keep a month on the card and have not noticed this before. Did I accidently change something whin I reset the program whin I got the computer back?

And take into account you have the "M"agic. They have a math problem, 7 -2 =5. "Tank" Math, 7 + 0 + 7. Jim

I know that at the very least the M series Pro (and I think the Auto, but I'm not sure) has this annoying tendency to go on a two day "vacation" occasionally from recording data. It's annoying, especially if it's after a great night's sleep and you're eager to see your data. I noticed that it screws with the dates in the report.

The machine should be back and working just fine in a couple of days.

Doug.

ROFL! Something like that. But don't they throw out the top and bottom scores in gymnastics.

Bingo! Duh! Yes, I forgot it took a vacation on the 19th and 20th. Data is there for the 21st through the 25th. I guess I will get my 7 days of data on the 27th. Mystery explained!
Thanks

You could get a "Tank" as your main XPAP, then you would have a full time XPAP. Jim

You know Jim I really wish I could change over to the "Tank". I was told that the Tank was the old model and would no longer be suported when I got my "M". The cost now would be kinda tough to put out almost $700 just to make it work right for 2 days a month but it would be nice. There is one on cpapauction I thought about bidding on but the Tanks seem to be bringing a premium price and it still has 6 days to go. I'm a little concerned about the bid also because it is all pictures and description is of a new one. It says that it is used more than 1 day but nothing in the description as to how long or to it's condition. Might send a message and get some information if it looks like it might be in my price range as it gets closer to the bid day.

To Respronics "BRING BACK THE TANK!!!
