Yeah it was a D-Dimer. Still don't know what the numbers were but it had the Dr. concerned enough, and he was really relieved when he was finally able to tell me not to worry, and get something to eat (wouldn't let me eat anything and I hadn't had anything to eat except a bowl of cereal at 5am that first morning though after 7pm the first day I realized nothing would be done that day so I secretly eat a couple of hot dogs) you could hear it in his voice. I'm really glad it wasn't a clot but I'm also kind of glad I went though it cause now I know what to look for, because I'm still at risk, and I had no idea before that it could even possibly be a clot. Plus not that I know if it would make a difference they have a clean CT scan to compare any future ones too. Now I know I should of went to the ER when I woke up with those symptoms a week ago instead of putting it off. Next time I know, and who cares about the costs because that could mean life or death.

On a happier note between the nice Cough Syrup with Vicodin, a nice quantity of Ibuprofen, and my inhaler I was able to get about 5 hours with my BiPAP Though not all at once. I had to take a break in between and redose up... So not as good as 5 straight hours but much better than just the 1, 2 or none I've been getting. I also think the lowering of my pressures helped a bit too. I'm also happy I must of either adjusted enough to the machine, wasn't on it enough straight, or my GERD meds are finally working enough that I didn't experience any Aerophagia last night like I had before on the straight BiPAP pressures, of course I might of just been lucky...

Thanks everyone Image 'gles

Christy
