Comfort Curve Nose Cushion Sizing & Fitting

Post by Newsgrouper » Wed May 04, 2005 6:47 am

When I used the provided sizing guide to select the proper sized nose cushion the guide indicated that I should be using the medium. However, the large seems to be the only size ti give a good seal. This may be because I am doing something wrong with the cheek pieces or headgear.

Are the cheek pads supposed to be on on the cheekbones or under them?

Under the cheekbones. The pads should not be pointing toward your eyes. If you go the resperonics site, it is loaded with pictures, tips and explanations. Personally, I did not size. I just slapped on the medium and it worked. I would just go to http://www.resperonics.com and they will help you. They also offer clinical support. Good Luck! 2listless

I worked mine as well with the medium. I did everything I could do with it. I had to do the same thing you did, and that was putting the large cushion on. It appears to leak less and less hypoapneas. With the medium, I had increased apnea and hypoapneas.
