Hi Flighty,

I'm starting my third week and have had the same problem w/removing the mask in my sleep. I'm averaging about 5 hours and saw the MD on Monday. She was encouraging and says it's pretty normal ... that anything more than 4 hours is pretty good for a beginner. The mask comfort isn't an issue, just that I take it off around 2 am, wake up at 4 am and put it back on. Normal routine is 3 hrs. on, 2 hours off, and 2-3 hours on. She also gave me Neilmed Nasal Wash to try - sounds weird but may be worth a try.

Hang in there, it does get better. Even the 5 hours I get with the mask on is better than the 7 hours I used to get without it.
