Well I went home realized it was too late to call the DME about the machine not auto starting. I woke up Sat. morning SOOO tired and miserable, so I messed with the buttons. Check this out.
My ramp does not work, it is not saving the 7 day or 30 day averages. They read 0 when I'm using the machine all nite. I call the DME and she says she's not a tech but I can drive in 30 mins one way so that she can check the ramp settings. I told her, I can read the ramp is set at 4.5 but when I push the button nothing happens. Im going to check w/ the ins. company this might be my chance to upgrade to a machine w/ data capability. I was telling my daughter about all of this, as she is complaining that I'm in an awful mood and she doesnt want to be around me, then she says I hear a beeping all nite from your room. Is it your watch? No watch is in the living room. she says the beeping goes on for hours, I dont seem to wake up but she has to shut her door. Its been doing that for a few weeks. I ask her, why didnt you tell me? She didnt think about it as we dont see each other alot after we get outta work. Yowzers!!! So I called the sleep lab, maybe they can change my prescription or something, this is not working for me.

Interesting! My M series Plus is just over a week old and some nights I have the same problem. Even taking deep breaths or exhaling forcefully doesn't always start it without several attempts. I've had to hit the button a couple of times.

I got the ramp to work last nite. I had to turn it off and unplugged for a bit, I did that a few times and the ramp finally started to work. It still did not auto start or keep track of the averages. this sucks.

Also, I woke up at 3:30 AM for no apparent reason. I could not get back to sleep. Just laid there with air blowing in my face until 6:30 when it was time to get up for work. I dont know if that is machine related or what?
