Karen, when you first go into the clinical menu on the machine, what mode is it set for? Since the flex setting is turned on, the operating mode will be one of these (in the "classic" Bipap Auto machine):

AbFLE
BFLE

Which mode is showing in the menu?

I'm betting it is not set for AbFLE (auto-titrating bipap with bi-flex turned on) operation since you didn't mention a "Max PS" number in the settings you listed. If auto-titrating bi-level operation were selected, a "Max PS" setting number would appear in list of settings you'd see as you go through the menu.

From the settings you listed, it sounds like the machine is set to operate in BFLE mode -- bipap with bi-flex turned on. Just as a bipap machine, using 12 for inhale, 10 for exhale, all night long. Not auto-titrating at all.
