RESOLVED: Sleep Therapy Daily Details not recording

RESOLVED: I found posts with answers, or at least noting that the 1.8.49 software version or firmware are still inconsistent.

Has anyone experienced the problem below.

For the past two days Encore Pro is showing cumulative data... hours, compliant days etc, but is not showing Sleep Therapy Daily Details. I haven't changed anything in my routine, or any settings on the M-series or in Encore Pro.

Could it be that the card needs reformatting? The card has been reinserted in the slot long before I turn the unit on each night.

I always wait about 15 to 20-minutes before removing the card from the M-series, to put the data into the computer with Encore Pro.

I looked in posts and didn't find an answer, but maybe I searched with the wrong parameters.

Notice any difference between LCD displayed leak rates and leak rates shown on EncorePro reports?

LCD would have you think you are doing real good, until you pull a report.

Honestly, since getting the EP software I don't even scan through the LCD data. Maybe I should review it just to add more to my amazement (disdain). Thanks...
