Mr. and Mrs. Hosehead

Post by Hunter1 » Wed Aug 29, 2007 8:35 pm

I became a hosehead a few weeks ago. Now my wife will become an official hosehead in a few days.

Anymore hosehead couples out there. How are things working out? Any interesting stories or advice to share?

Too bad they do not make one machine that both of us could use.

I'm trying to picture this one (if my wife were a hosehead), and it's coming across quite funny.

Our legs have gotten tangled together while we sleep, but our hoses? She'd twist my air supply off and suffocate me for sure. The girl moves around a lot.

I think I'd rather stick to two machines

any advice?

Yeah, get at least 1 AFlex machine, then you'll have something to fight over.
someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...

I just want to know if you end up getting frisky with your masks on.

Try not to burn out your machines with all that heavy breathing!

LOL,
Barbara

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

I hope both machines have a card reader so we can see how getting frisky impacts the numbers! : ) OK, I'm a geek. I admit it.

Me and the missus both mask up at night.

Occasionally when I compare our reports, I see a a lot of "Variable breathing rate" periods that seem to coincide...

My husband & I are both hoseheads - and we're both better for it. The biggest trick we've found is that's it's easier to sleep if we face away from each other - that way we're not blowing in each other's faces...

My husband and I have just joined this elite little circle. I would think that a major advantage is that we are sympathetic to each other's needs and issues with the machines since we both clearly understand them!
