Remstarr Pro M C-flex shuts off then turns on 4X a Night

Hi, 8 months on equipment and it originally worked well after a very trying adjustment period. Pressure 17. Lately I wake up 3 or 4 times a night and the pressure feels less than usual. Turned on the "auto off" and still wake up but the cpap shuts down then after I wake up, mask on mabe lost seal I can't tell, take a couple of breaths starts again. I am thinking seal. Orderd new mask Ultra Mirage full face, will try it when it arrives. Any idea if my machine is crazy, no indications on the remstar???
