I have one of those memory foam pillows--not the curved ones, just the regular pillow shape. It's pretty soft and squishy, and kind of flat now that I've been using it for awhile. Maybe it's time to upgrade. I use that one on top of a regular soft, flat pillow.
I've been thinking about getting a PAPillow, but I'm not sure how well I'd like it. Hmm. Maybe when I get birthday money at the end of the month.
someone posted a link on here not too long ago for another cpap pillow that is made of memory foam (in case that's your preference) but with a groove cut in it to accomodate the interface...you could probably search it but i'll try to find it and re-post it

found it! i have the papillow and i do like it, but i also like the look of this one...looks like it might support the neck better than the papillow
Here is a new cpap pillow that I ran across. I'm wondering if anyone has tried it. Looks interesting and somewhat different design than the papillow.
