I have read of some reversing the Tiara Topaz chinstrap.
How is this done ? What is the value of this. ?
Does reversing it avoid placing back pressure on the jaw ?
What about the premium chinstrap ? Its vertical design seems well suited
to a chinstrap.
I dont normally mouth breathe but I have on ocassion caught my mouth opening and been woke up by the rushing leak
Also I am interrested in trying a chinstrap/Na II combination

SOCKNITSTER (Jen) is doing a reverse of the Topaz. I'm not certain how this works. She likes it better than the regular way.
I'm not having any trouble with my Topaz, other than skin irritation. I'm working on two things - a natural fiber cover for it, to keep the neoprene away from my face, and a complete knockoff of the design in a natural fiber.
It's possible that my slight overbite position makes this a comfortable chinstrap for me, with no pain or trouble with my TMJ.
BTW, I think the difference between the Topaz and the Ruby is that the Ruby is a single size, and the Topaz has velcro adjustments for more customization. I'm not sure, but that's what it looks like online.
Cheers,
B.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.
