Encore Data

Have been using my RemStar auto and Encore Pro software for about a month now. No problems until the past 2 nights. I don't know why, but only 1 night of data stores for the last 3. Any ideas? Jen

You could try reinserting the card... If that doesn't work you could always try erasing or even completely reinitializing your smart card while running Encore Pro. And if that doesn't work you could always try a different smart card altogether (one should have come with your PAP machine and another card should have come with your Encore Pro software).

I have had that happen at times too. Go under card utilities and set it back up, that seems to take care of it.
