I used to wake up with horrible Heartburn Pain, I would get up chew some tums walk around a bit, and the pain would subside. NOW I Never get that, So it makes me wonder, when you sleep does your stomach Produce less acid, but when your awake it produces more? So we produce more Nightly
than others?
I used to think it was my heart because Sometimes my left arm would go Numb, but I found that if I Just got up and moved a bit, had Some Water and antacid it Would settle down. heart Problems don't Settle down with water, So it had to be heartburn.
But oddly it went away. not that I am Complaining. is thier a link Somehow?

Yes they are connected
I have done a lot of reading on this and am convinced there is a strong connection. Right now I am not sure which causes which or if there is a common cause.
I have started documenting these connections at http://seedwiki.com/wiki/dreamsharing/g ... Id=1010327 but have only just started documenting these conncetions.
Please feel free to add to the documentation. Just go to the page, click edit, add some stuff and then click save.

Yes of course. Now I have a proven case of GERD too. Take pills, have my bed on a tilt etc.

Re: Yes they are connected
John, you might be interested in this link, recently posted by Rooster. It's pretty complicated, but researchers are exploring whether GERD causes OSA or OSA causes GERD or both are caused by a common factor such as obesity, or combinations of all three.John_M wrote:I have done a lot of reading on this and am convinced there is a strong connection.
