no waiting time

Post by peppylady » Wed Apr 20, 2005 12:31 am

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I got my cpap machine and mask in 2001. I was lucky, I had no waiting time for an appointment. From the time I had the sleep study to receiving my equipment it was only 3 weeks. I was lucky. I guess now doctors are more aware and more informed about sleep apnea and there are a lot more referrals. Since I've received my equipment I sleep 8-10 hrs a night and feel great. Hang in there. I will be praying for all of you.

I don't know. This lady seems far too peppy for me!

Just kidding. Glad you've been doing so well with your cpap. We all love hearing success stories. It gives hope to those of us who still struggle to one degree or another. I'm so glad it's been such a success for you.

Gotta love those peppy ladies!

Thanks for your success story. Since I have not yet begun treatment, I want to know what's legitimate improvement and what is 'hype' from CPAP manufacturers...
