how do you know if you had apneas at night?

how do you know if you had apneas at night?

Many people have stated how many apneas they have at night, which is shown on their machine.
I have a cpap/bi-level unit but it is set at a 9, and cannot be adjusted.

There is a hourglass pic on there. What is that? I guess I should read the manual, huh?

and I will tell you whatever you want to hear. It sounds like your
machine doesn't give you the information which you seek. Maybe
post more clues, like machine name and model number, and more
of us will be able to help you.
