No. They offered to fix it. ... I called when I had pressure problems and got a "we'll look into itl" Never heard a word in 3 weeks..
I strongly disagree. It is up to us to choose with whom we deal.

We can shop around for a reputable DME as we can shop around for a good doctor. We have to take control of our lives.

Why did you wait for three weeks? You could have called them daily or even visited their location.

benefit of doubt

Gosh, so much good information. I guess at this point I'll go ahead and go with the BiPap, not being all that sure that the auto with Cflex will get me where I need to go on the exhale. It'll cost me more in the copay, but I expect it will still be a very good treatment. If I were rich, I'd get the auto for when I'm well, and have a bi for when I'm sick. Nobody has ever accused me of being rich, or even well-off, so that's out.
The poster that said he hated the C flex...may I ask why? Was it the pressure or was it noise, or just what?
BTW, I am trying to deal with this and get myself started on treatment while running back and forth to see my ill 85 yr old mother..round trip 200 miles. I'll be spending the day in the hospital with her tomorrow, in fact. Was there yesterday, too, until about 6 p.m. Used today to do a few of my own errands.
So if I'm slow answering you guys about something, that's why. I'm stretched pretty thin right now.
