Sublingual Meletonin works very well. I have heard doctores say that you aren't supposed to take more than 3mg per night.

GNC makes a cherry flavored subingual meletonin that dissolves under your tongue. 15 minutes later and you are ready to sleep.

Hi there,

I am myself is on sleeping meds, mine is Madopar.....It's a anti parkingson's med which is used for Restless Leg Sydrome. The Sleep Speicalist use this to control or stop the legs from twtiching or jumping during the night which disrupts sleep.

So far the Madopar's knock my lights out when taken, as I am Sleep Apeona it make me sleep heavier then usual.
Been on CPAP for a while.....I had moderate apenoa
