Wow. You have the most amazingly steady leak rate I've ever seen. I'm wondering if you move at all while sleeping...
Last night looks pretty darn good. You can't take the AHI too seriously - the number is seriously skewed because of the coughing fit. If you look at your events after you turned the machine off and back on again, things look much better.
I'm not sure if anything will need to be done with your pressure because it looks like things happened as they were supposed to and your pressure didn't run up except for the coughing. Time will tell...
