I have a Resmed auto set respond machine and an ultra mirage full face mask. I use the FF b/c I breathe out of my mouth. However, I get lots of leakage from the mask. If you were to get an alternative mask (even nasal), what would it be? I'm looking for efficiency and comfort. I have a small nose (small nostrils) so please take that into consideration. Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
Regards,
Joe

Hi Joe M
The ultra mirage full face mask is one of the best around. I had a bit of trouble at the start getting the headgear adjusted just right, but now it's fine and hardly ever leaks. The tendency is to do up the headbands too tight. The balance between the top and bottom bands seemed to make a big difference for me.
I also got some of the Liquid Neutrogena "pure mild facial cleanser" advocated by ResMed for washing the mask. I not only wash the mask in it once a week and wipe over the cushion every morning, I also wash my face in warm water with a couple of drops of Neotrogena just before going to bed each night.
I'm not so much a mouth breather as a loose lipser. With a nasal mask, I got leaks out of my mouth as soon as the pressure got up a bit. My sleep tech recommended a FEM and Iamb glad she did. She tries chin straps and mouth tape and it got very uncomfortable. Id persevere with it a bit longer before I looked for another mask if I were you.
Good luck
